Rental Conditions

There are other combinations of accommodation available and we will always offer you the best option available when you arrive.

Deposit

We require 10% deposit to secure your booking, and full payment 1 month before your arrival.

Cancellation

Your deposit will be returned if you cancel your booking upto two months in advance of your arrival date. If you cancel after this date, your deposit will not be refunded.

Payment

Payments may be made by electronic transfer to our Italian bank account.

Period

Minimum stay is 2 nights and the changeover day is flexible.
